28 November is the date of the first Kazakh Perl Workshop.
The workshop is to happen in Kostanay (Kustanay) city in the North of Kazakhstan.

Kazakh Perl Workshop 2009 has been organized by Perl.KZ team together with us, the Moscow.pm'ers. This is the 13th event organized since 2007 by the same team in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan, Latvia and now in Kazakhstan.
To the end of the year we still have two more events: the Second Belarussian Perl Workshop in Minsk on 17 October, and the First Baltic Perl Workshop in Riga (Latvia) on 21 November.
