I just wonder if what I feel about IRC, MOOsaico (MUD) and IM protocols is shared by more people. I just like to be there chatting, but I realize that they consist of focus for distraction.
But, hey! When I have any question about Perl, I just hook in Perl channel at MOOsaico, and somebody will help me. The same is true for Linux issues.
The same can happen on IRC. Channels like #slackware on irc.oftc.net is very interesting so I can maintain my SlackZone project uptodate.
Finally, IM protocols is where I find most girls. So, it is really a focus of distraction. But, girls are girls...
