This weekend I went up to London for the Perl teach-in organised by the London.pm and BBC Backstage. I had to miss my normal LUG meeting as they clashed and endure 5 hours of train, tube and bus travel because engineering works took out all the trains in and around Basingstoke. However I'd have to say it was worth it and I'm a very happy bunny.
