This weekend has been a draw.
I upgraded a Debian Sarge box, and now the nvidia drivers won't go in the kernel. It's a pain, but we can live with the plain nv driver for now.
I figured out* a neat way to de-stream the BBC Radio7's Real feeds into something more sane (wave then to ogg) using mplayer. I'm running Debian Etch on an AMD64 box, so it's a pain to use RealPlayer, so being able to save the stream to wave/ogg format for listening to later, is a real victory.
