I'd just got home from my training course and was reading a report of the shiny new RT when I actually got a bug report for XML::RSS::Tools. I didn't think anyone was actually using it. I incorporated the bug fix, added some more tests and Build.PL support. It'll go upto PAUSE/CPAN later today.
