Archimedes is born

Today we shot a Windows war horse, and from the ashes of the funeral pyre rose a beautiful shiny new Linux system. Continuing our theme of "mathematicians", this one is called Archimedes, or "Ark", as we couldn't be arsed to type in his full name every time, he now joins Turing, Pascal, and Shannon in the server room, as they club together as the "numbered" Windows systems glower on.

RedHat Enterprise Linux wasn't my first choice, but it's better than Windows NT Server however you look at it, so after 30 minutes of pressing "NEXT", it was all up and running. Everything was detected and set-up first time, without a hitch, and I was quite confident to reboot remotely for the reboot test.
