I know why my latest release of XML::RSS::Tools dies. I tried to be smart with skip in the tests, and this tripped me up. Test skip runs the test to ignore and ignores the result, and this causes an exception in this case and the test dies. I read the docs more carefully, and have now changed the tests. It will go up to CPAN sometime this week, along with some other minor changes that are in the pipe.
