Last night I decided to upload to CPAN another version of my XML::RSS::Tools module. As I've been playing with CGI::Kwiki recently, I've neglected my own module somewhat, so I thought I'd better upload it before I forgot what I was doing with it.
HOWEVER, there isn't anything wrong with the module, but the tests are broken, so don't bother with it, I'll fix it tonight when I get home. I've also decided to move some/all of the HTML documentation into POD, it'll not be as pretty, but it's more Perlish and it'll be more compact.
