So I'm cleaning my kitchen tonight and all of a sudden I feel this rattling. I thought it was a train passing by, but I don't live near any tracks. The shaking lasted about 10 seconds when I finally realized it was an earthquake. I then proceeded to walk outside. Only a few of my neighbors were outside as well. The news said it was a magnitude 5.2 quake. I've been in California for a little more than a year, and I've experienced my first earthquake. Let's hope its my last one...
