You remember that Elthek and I entered the ICFP programming contest a while back? Well, the results are out. We didn't win, but we also didn't do too badly (we're in the top half). We're entry number 139, so we ended up with 585 points after the first round (and didn't get any further). We know that we could have had much more complicated strategies, but I'd like to think that we would have done better if more of the actual contest boards had been multi-robot. Oh well. Some of the mazes are actually quite evil indeed ;-)
Would it be worth me cleaning this up and putting it on the CPAN so you guys can play too?
