Another tube strike. Walked 6 miles to work (2 hours) and 6 miles back (same). I am now as tired as a tired person on a particularly tiring day. More importantly, I had no energy at work today :-(
Could be good!
Twelve miles a day won't seem like a lot after you get used to it. You might even feel better than you did when you weren't walking!
Of course, if your boss expects you to continue to put in the same hours at your job, that could be a problem . . . .
