Well, everything is packed. I've watched "10 Things I Hate About You". I've got my passport and ticket and know where I'm supposed to be tomorrow. I've made plans with other London.pm-ers and Munich locals and everything is set. Let YAPC::Europe begin!
Everything is packed for me too, but I think we from Paris.pm forgot to check where to hang (and help prepare the last bits) after arriving at the station...
