The new CPAN Testers is now live. Apart from the cool YUI layout, there's also a new bar report that shows passes and failures for all the releases - see HTML-Widget for example.
You'll only get a cool new page if a new tester result comes through and we hope to get testers.cpan.org to point to it soon.
Congrats on the new design!
I have one small favor to ask: could you please include CPAN::Reporter in the list of ways to get involved? It makes for a very quick and painless way that people can start contributing.
I had to wonder why everyone was raving at the awful scrunched up design I saw. Until I tried it on Windows and can see why now. I was using Ubuntu (Edgy)'s version of Firefox (2.0.0.1) on my Linux box, so you might want to check browser compatibility.
My only real design comment would be to ask why you've done the layout different between authors and distributions. I prefer the distribution listings as the dashed line and headings make each section standout a lot more.
Overall though, definitely a job well done.

Bizarre! I didn't restart the browser, just refreshed the page this morning and all of a sudden all the nice colours and spacing magically appeared:)
