dense

I come up with the best names for things. If you want to write a flexible, dynamic, plugin-full DNS server in Perl, call it "Dense". It's nice and short, it has D N and S in it (in the correct order) and it sounds cool too!

Well...

Sure it's got the usual meaning: "Having the constituent parts massed or crowded together; close; compact". I don't want to rain on your parade but at least on this side of the pond it also means "Stupid; gross; crass".

Whenever I have to fiddle with DNS I always feel dense too ;-)

There's some other idiom with mighty in it. 'That's mighty **** of you.' But I can't remember what it is.

the phrase is 'mighty white of you' which I gather to mean generous but with the obvious racial connotations, I'm not so sure.
