Flickr Fame

For a while I've been wondering why one of my most popular photos on Flickr is the Yahoo! sign outside their offices in Sunnyvale. This weekend I met up with Pete, an old friend, in Zermatt (and ate way too much cheese) and he mentioned that he'd seen it on the Flickr blog announcing the Flickr Fiesta. I had my moment of Flickr Fame and I missed it! Ah well, at least I caught some good snow this weekend...

Too much cheese? I've never heard of such a thing ;-) Here in the states it is difficult to get ahold of raw milk cheeses (thank you, Food and Drug Administration), but luckily I live in New York and there are places with aging caves that import them.

What cheeses did you have? Are there any that stick out as something that you would recommend?

It wasn't too much variety of cheese, but rather too much of one particular cheese: raclette. Tasty!
