PMP

I use my PSP as a portable media player to watch television and movies. I'd wanted a large memory card for it, but up to now it was too expensive. I just got myself a SanDisk Gaming Memory Stick PRO Duoâ„¢ 2GB (who makes these names up?) for a hundred quid and I can now store 13 episodes of Stargate on it. I shall never get bored on the tube again!

Off by a few megabytes

This is what it says at the bottom of the product page:

Note: 1 megabyte (MB) = 1 million bytes; 1 gigabyte (GB) = 1 billion bytes. Some of the listed capacity is used for formatting and other functions, and thus is not available for data storage.

So you might be off by a few megabytes ;)

I saw PMP and thought you were going to announce you had passed the exam and were now a Project Management Professional. I guess there are (at least) 2 PMPs out there. :)

I never get bored on tubes. I always carry round this great education/entertainment device - it's called a book.

I don't understand people watching TV programmes or films on devices like the PSP. It seems far too small to me.
