Oops, long time no write. What have I been up to? Lots. Here's one bit: Wonder how I managed to put 187,862 recipes on my website? Well, MealMaster is a very small part of that - it parses the MealMaster recipe export format into a nice series of objects.
Which is handy if you happen to have gone to Billingsgate Fish Market in the early morning and need shrimp and trout recipes...

At YAPC::Taipei::2005, acme started talking about
Google's new APIs and how there were still
restrictions on access rate, before segueing into
his presentation on recipes and files on the
Internet.
I thought the recipes he was talking about were a
way of setting up a distributed network of bots
with different identities to get round these
Google restrictions.
