In an earlier journal entry I mused about spelling correction for recipe searches. Well, in a spate of JFDI I extracted work frequency information, inserted a little String::Approx magic and lo and behold, you can now search for engrish muffinz, which presents "Did you mean: english muffins".
Now it's currently a little slow. Mind you, it's nothing as accurate as Google spelling correction but I think it's a handy little feature. Now to do a bit more research about large-scale spelling correction...
