Some kind of upper-respiratory bug has been making its rounds at the office. Two people have been diagnosed with bronchitis and are on Zithromax.
Today it's my turn. Woke up feverish and coughing, and decided to stay home in spite of the fact that I had an important client meeting. As luck would have it, the client re-scheduled.
Message to everyone who works alongside others: If you're sick, stay home. Showing up at the office coughing and on antibiotics may make you feel like you're making a valiant effort, but it just pisses off others who would rather not catch anything from you. Get better before you come back. You're not doing anyone any favors.
Grumble.
