newish syntax

I.e., not emit it (as so many things do these days), but look for it?

Mo Morgan has written a crawler that uses this information to compile a list of
UK-based blogs with RDF and/or RSS feeds.
He doesn't provide code but does describe, somewhat, how the crawler works.
