I have no intention of handing it over to someone I cannot get rid of, who is making decisions on the basis of criteria I cannot influence, in meetings which I cannot be fully informed about.»What was that old minimalist definition of "democracy" that Bucky Fuller used to use, something like "a system of government that allows the populace to change its government without violence"? Sounds like a passably good idea to me.
