In the olde dayse of audio surveillance, a popular signal for "I think the place might be bugged, so let's not talk here" was a sort of index-finger-twirling gesture pointing up -- alluding to how light fixtures are such convenient places to put bugs. Nowadays, I wonder what the corresponding way is to express, in email or chat (etc), that one suspects that the communications channel is notably insecure, and so discussion should continue later, via a more secure channel.
