I'm assuming it's Arabic, considering the file is "a3ar.gif". Urdu also uses Arabic script, much as Yiddish uses Hebrew.

It seems that languages written in Arabic script include Arabic, Azeri, Farsi, Ingush, Kashmiri, Kurdish, Parsi-dari, Pashto, Sindhi, Uighur, and Urdu (and formerly Hausa, Indonesian, Kirghiz, Malay, Tajik, Turkish, and Turkmen).
