Living in Metro Detroit, I get to see a lot of these fellows. Mostly my exposure to them is they'll approach cars at stop lights soliciting donations and spreading propaganda. They never approach my car and that's sad. I'd take their literature and read it with great joy as I would any fiction.
Of course, since they all wear identical black suits they're the best dressed panhandlers in Detroit.
