I found people to do Apache::MP3 localizations for Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Czech, and Slovak!
I'm happy to have all of them, but I was especially worried about getting Russian, what with it being such a major world language and all. The credibility of Russia as an imperial power is about zero these days; but, like French, there's just lots and lots and lots of people around who know the language.
