Think I should put this (ExtUtils::Versions) in CPAN? Might it even be useful in the Perl dist?
ExtUtils::Installed? While that doesn't explicity dump loaded module versions on program exit, it probably wouldn't be hard to either add a routine to the existing module or to have it do something similar.
Otherwise, sure, put it on CPAN
