Seen somewhere:
"What if legislators who passed unconstitutional laws were fined or imprisoned? Think about it."

Now to think of ways to put dunderheaded judges in prison too.

I always thought that it should be easier to remove legislators...and that at the end of any term, you get executed.

That way only people who really wanted the job of 'legislator' would take the job.

(Sure, it sounds crazy...so did starting a whole new country. :) Crazy works sometimes.)
