Torgo: So long story short, because I only live in PseudoAmerica, DirecTV spaced out and defaulted to neither giving me the local-to-me broadcast channels, nor allowing me the LA/NY broadcast channels. Not even PBS. So I haven't had Fox, PBS, ABC, CBS, or NBC for about ... 12 days.
⊥⃠: That's what I call SERVICE!
Torgo: I hope Fox will be back so I can watch the Simpsons and Arrested Development. And PBS would be nice. But aside from that... Not caring at all.
⊥⃠: Half the people I know watch all their TV a year late on DVD and don't give a shit.
Torgo: I'm authentically happy to get BBC America. So in effect, I've gladly traded all American broadcast networks for one channel of BBC reruns. I smell a medium in decline.
⊥⃠: The TALKIES are KILLING US. We need CONGRESS to HELP OUT.
