Note that CacheLogic is selling "Advanced Solutions for P2P Networks" so it might be in their advantage to play with the statics a little bit. Note
the data gathered is just from ISPs using CacheLogic's switching googa which would skew the results a smidge. The ISPs most likely to buy p2p-specific hardware are the ones getting hit the most by it.
