Bah. It's there already and it works. I know this as I wrote it at the end of last year.
There are around 25 specialised content areas, including media, sport, education and business.
Actually there are potentially hundreds of feeds.

So where's the URLs? Can you call someone and tell them to Flip The Switch and turn it all on?
