Dear Log,
I found out that RealPlayer (hence the later RealOne, etc) clients understand a weensy subset of HTML called RealText, sufficient for captioning and playlists and stuff.
One of these days I'll think of something useful using this. But its general usefulness is hurt by the fact that RealPlayer is not exactly a small quick-to-start program. Also, IT'S CRAP!
