Banning Tobacco

This issue has been getting a lot of talk time inside the beltway. I don't know what's more surprising: people thinking that banning tobacco will be more effective than the current ban on pot, or that a ban on cigarettes will give rise to cigarette smuggling from Canada.

Anyone with a memory for recent Canadian history will find this, um, rather amusing. :-)
