It a feed that lists the new RFCs.
I asked the RFC Editor people if they wanted it, but they said they were terribly busy and that I should just host it myself. So here it is! Let me know if you have any trouble with it. If nothing else, it validates happily!
But mine's BIGGER.
And based on the most recently announced ones, so I think it's more up to date.
