Don't the hair and clothes make your skin crawl? What a bizarre time. I'm so glad I was in my hobbit hole playing on my C64 through those years. Without the big hair glamhags surrounding me.

Perhaps this is a coincidence, but I *just* read that exact quote in the last part of "A Game of You" (The Sandman, Vol. 5). Is that where Mr. Gaiman got it?
