perl webmail goodness

I had just about given up on finding a decent webmail application written in perl that I could install relatively painlessly on a remote system - acmemail looks good but installation isn't easy, haven't looked at neomail but squirrelmail made it look like PHP had a better webmail application than perl.

fortunately I found openwebmail through meerkat and osdir and eventually freshmeat. It looks rather good, has lots of highly impressive reviews and shouldn't be a pig to install, and because it is perl I should be able to customise it heavily for my needs as I planned to do with acmemail.
