During the week I purchased some dumb-bells and a training mat. I also dug out an old work-out pullout section from 'Mens Health' magazine which mixes general man stuff (better sex, better food, better body, better looks, and where to buy them).
so this weekend I made a start on my new fitness regime - about 20 mins warm up and stretching and 40 mins mixed weights / exersize work out.
Hopefully I will get into enough shape to start kickboxing soon. Hopefully I can get back to my level of fitness when I was a member of the Fujian White Crane school in islington.
