Once again, Mark Fowler's fine Perl Advent Calenders have made my day.
Because they contain such good descriptions of the problems each package solves, with worked examples, they tend to be near the top of google results when I'm looking for something but can't remember the name - today it was Hook::LexWrap - I typed in what I wanted to do and google pointed me at the fine article, 10 minutes later, 1 heisenbug is history.
Amazing how much good those calenders have done me since they were put up - todays was from 2003, but I've used packages from all of them.
Stuff like that makes me glad I'm working with perl.
