After all the fuss, things are returning to normal, the list has picked up, Tony has made it clear there are no known legal issues with the codebase and I've been working on my C::DBI code.
Yesterday I uploaded an updated version of the HasManyOrdered relationship to CPAN, next week I plan on release the next version of the IsA relationship.. which I think will be pretty cool.

After I posted this journal, I found that the wiki is back and will shortly be moved to a new hosting environment.
This means all the people saying they should avoid CDBI in the past couple of days could have got on with something constructive instead of claiming that you couldn't reccomend C::DBI for business use.
