We just received another complaint from one of our customers about plants arriving upside down when delivered by DHL/Parcel2Go.
This has happened several times despite stating that the package contains plants when booking, handing over as well as labbelling the box as such with clear "This way up" labels.
Fortunately we're talking to a local courier who is cheaper and presumably capable of following simple instructions like "This Way Up".
Anyway if you ever consider using DHL or parcel2go for anything fragile I would advise stearing clear and finding a professional outfit rather than dealing with this shower of amateurs
