There is a rival, sorry comrade, project to autodia it seems - diazy.. good luck to 'em :) (seems a little sparse on the site but writing code is more important so shouldn't mutter)
also dia seems to be heading for a new release with Lars on the dia list talking about a pre4 release. Some of the stuff mentioned on list that has been in CVS sounds cool... shame we still don't have 'smart' lines that move when you move the objects.
p.s. perl.com published my first and probably last article - Integrating searching into applications, I don't think I am cut out (its very slow, the words don't seem to look right, and its just plain hard!) to be an author so I will stick to coding and relying on other people to write about it.
