new release of autodia immenant

Looks like I will have a new release of autodia ready shortly ( between 3 and 5 days )

new features are

• experimental / simple python handler
• torque handler
• New Dia layout ( based on my new directed graph code here)

Also included are patches and improvements to the PHP, C++ (possibly) and Perl Handlers

This will probably be the last release with integrated Java support as I plan to fork a java version as it causes so many problems with the main distribution
