I just read my first xmi file... its a deeply deeply ugly mess.
Its the kind of thing you get when you leave something nice and simple and elegant to java programmers - suddenly everything is called foundation.model.foo.very.long.name.that.becomes.unreadable
I think converting to and from argouml is going to be deeply deeply unpleasent
