Not two things you see often together, but I am starting work on a project to bring my two hobbys together.
I want to create an open-source soccer club managment system. This interesting to me and I suppose it will give my programming ability a kick in the shorts that it needs. The planning work I have been doing of late has reminded me why I sometimes prefer sys-admin work to programming. *grin*
By the way, I am a soccer referee and this past weekend I reffed my first tourney. I screwed two off-side calls and one mother took my name for not calling a hard tackle as a foul. *shrug* Oh well.
