Wired has an article on World Sousveilance Day (Dec 24). Towards the end of the article is the following paragraph:
Paula Kelliher, marketing director of the upscale Galleria Mall in White Plains, New York, warns that photography, especially of surveillance cameras, is not permitted on mall property.I'll admit that I haven't been to the Galleria in several years, but it most definitely is not "upscale". The Westchester is at least a notch or two "up the scale".
