I had to take a doggy from the German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles to the vet today. She was not feeling well. The doctor thinks she might have a spaying related infection or maybe some sort of internal blockage. She gets to stay in the hospital for a few days. It will cost at least $600. In perl related news, Cherilyn Olmstead of SysAdmin magazine sent me a "RENEWAL CONFIRMATION FORM". If I Just slip $39.00 in the enclosed envelope I will be assured to get the next months issue. Obviously they don't read my Journal, or they'd have realized that I'd much rather pull my toenails out than send them more money.
