So.. I got a book size package in my mail-slot at work today. I got all excited, especially when I noticed that it was from O'Reilly & Associates.
"Oh," I thought, "It must be my copy of Sean Burke's cool new book, Perl & LWP."
Imagine my dismay when I realized it was really ASP.NET in a Nutshell.
I'm sure this was just a simple packing error, as the invoice is correct. There is probably some .NET programmer out there who has a copy of Perl & LWP, and is laughing just as hard as I am. Of all the books to accidentally ship...
No hard feelings!
I am displeased.
You will receive a copy of the correct book. And in the package there will be a bonus: one of the spinal vertebrae of the person responsible for this error!!

Oh cool! A spare spinal vertebrae! It's always good to have an extra around. With all the back-breaking work in front of the computer, there is way too much potential for damage. Thanks TorgoX!

You think you're displeased? Robrt now has to find a safe non-toxic way of disposing of the ASP.NET book without infecting anyone.

Suggestions welcome! Maybe I'll bring it to TPC.(Tangentially, a replacement book is in the mail.)
