The perl.org webmaster alias recieved the following email this week:

I've replaced the actual url with "URL", because I don't really want to link to it. But.. here's an excerpt:

I say hire the guy. He didn't specify which government he wanted to issue the bonds, so send him bonds issued by the municipality of Newark, NJ, or Sealand.
