BitKeeper Shrink Wrap License

I'm pretty sure that the BitKeeper License (aka the BKL) doesn'tpermit me to use the free version BitKeeper because of my small contributions ( which google can't find.. :( ) to the subversion project.

But, I can't find out if I'm allowed to use it or not before I install it. Their license page is very helpful.

A deeper problem with BitKeeper is that BitMover requires you to accept license changes on the free version of BitKeeper. Unless you run that command with every upgrade, there's no way of knowing if there are new terms.

Worse, perhaps by merely running the program to see the terms, BM might consider that you've implicitly agreed to them.
