AMC showed the one true Planet of the Apes tonight. It was in "widescreen" with commentary below the image.

So much for getting anything done this evening. This movie is one of the few I can watch over and over and _still_ see something new. Tomorrow night they show Beneath" and "Escape". They don't hold a candle to the original, but they're still fun.

I've got the boxed set of all the original films on DVD. I can watch the first three time and time again. The last two aren't quite as good tho'.
