Found out yesterday that I'm going with some of my co-workers to the NRA (National Restaurant Assoc.) trade show in Chicago in the middle of May. Should be interesting - I love trade shows and meeting new folks and learning more about the industry. And hey, I need my fill of Chicago deep-dish pizza! :)
